About Mary Melendez

Mary has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years. She began her career as a single mom of 4 boys and knew that success for her wasn't an option but a must! She had to work efficiently, follow a schedule and make sure that she squeezed the productivity out of every minute. She later married and had a daughter and managed a very successful career while raising 5 children. Her faith, work ethic and love of people has directed her path. Freedom is why Mary chose this industry. Freedom of time to be a mom and not raise latchkey kids, freedom to earn a good living and provide for her family, freedom to decide how much and how far she could go, and freedom knowing she was in control of it all.

Mary's extensive experience includes being a Top Producing Agent, Team Building, Managing a Brokerage, Owning her own Real Estate Company along with Coaching, Training and Mentoring many Successful Agents. Her last position held was the Vice President of Training for a large Century 21 brokerage that consisted of 6 offices and just under 300 agents. Mary loves working with people and always says "It's the delivery of the message. What you say matters!" Real Estate and teaching are in her DNA.
